'I've become fitter, more active, and don't suffer from knee issues anymore'

Thinking back, what was the problem you needed to solve when you contacted Craig?

I would always struggle with poor posture and knee issues.

Also, years of unstructured gym work left me with no clear goals, so I contacted Craig to help create me an exercise plan to improve my strength and also help me enjoy my workouts again.

 

What do you feel you’ve achieved during your time working with Craig?

I’ve become fitter, more active, and don’t suffer from knee issues anymore.

I also have lots of exercises and routines available so I can change things around and keep my gym work enjoyable.

 

What’s different in your life today compared to before you started working with Craig?

I regularly exercise and enjoy keeping fit.

 

If you had to pick one thing, what would be your highlight so far? Which thing are you most pleased about?

The improvements I’ve seen in my strength and reduced pain whilst working my legs and knees.

 

How has Craig helped you solve your problem? What do you particularly like about his approach and delivery?

Craig listens and gives you options to try and find the best approach.

Also, the flexible workout routines mean I can swap things around easily if I need to.

 

What are your health and fitness goals from this point onwards? Are they any different to before you started working with Craig?

As I get older, weight control will become more important so I’ll be looking to increase my cardio and keep active.

 

If someone was to ask you your thoughts about working with Craig, what would you say?

I’m getting the results I want so I’m very happy.

Craig has made my goals achievable.
