It really depends on several factors.

No two clients are the same and therefore, when you work with me, you won’t be provided with a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach.

Instead, I offer a range of highly customisable personal training and weight loss programmes in which I cover everything you need to know to get the best possible results.

For example, I have some highly motivated clients I meet once a week who follow through with their own programmes in their own time, and others I meet several times each week to provide them with a little more support.

Because of this, my clients invest anywhere between £50 to £250 per month into their coaching programme, however most find a package of around £60 to £130 per month provides them with the perfect balance of support and budget.

Many of my clients have come to realise that shopping around for the cheapest hourly rate isn’t what will get you outstanding results – it’s having the best support package for your budget that will.


In short – your investment in your weight loss coaching programme will get you what you most desire – fantastic results!

To achieve this, I spend a lot of time with my clients working on both their exercise, and especially for those looking to lose weight, their nutrition.

Unlike most other coaches who will only provide you with the technical details such as an exercise programme and daily calorie goal - I will work with you to also address the root cause(s) of your challenges and be there for you when you need it the most.

I’ll help you overcome those cravings, build habits that last a lifetime, and show you how you can make exercise a regular part of your normal, healthier lifestyle and not let a lack of time hold you back.
