Thinking back, what was the problem you needed to solve when you contacted Craig?

I contacted Craig because I wanted to get stronger and put on weight.

 

What do you feel you’ve achieved during your time working with Craig?

Since starting with Craig, I have put on 10lbs of muscle, my overall fitness has greatly improved, and I've gone from struggling to run 5km, to being able to run 8.5km comfortably.

 

What’s different in your life today compared to before you started working with Craig?

I have a lot more energy throughout the week and I feel physically stronger.

I used to have trouble with my hamstrings and that has virtually disappeared.

 

If you had to pick one thing, what would be your highlight so far? Which thing are you most pleased about?

Building my fitness up and the first time I ran over 8km.

 

How has Craig helped you solve your problem? What do you particularly like about his approach and delivery?

The online sessions with Craig are varied and easily adaptable to meet my goals.

All the exercises are easy to follow and everything is clearly explained.

 

What are your health and fitness goals from this point onwards? Are they any different to before you started working with Craig?

To continue to work on my fitness and overall strength. 

 

If someone was to ask you your thoughts about working with Craig, what would you say?

Craig is a great coach and understands individual needs and goals.
