I was unfit and overweight so I wanted to reduce my weight and improve my general fitness as I regularly enjoy hill walking.
My weight had got up to 96.5kg and my doctor was advising that I really needed to address that.
I'm now fitter and have lost weight - so far I've lost 14kgs and 10cm from my waist.
I'm working towards making this a sustainable lifestyle change for me.
I've also reduced my blood pressure to normal levels at the same time, from a reading of 140/90 to most recently, 120/75 and also reduced my cholesterol - so much so that my doctor, who said I may need to be prescribed statins in 2019, says this is no longer necessary.

I'm continuing to develop my fitness and I've completed the Couch to 5km this year too which my weight loss has helped with massively.
My wife thinks joining Craig’s programme is the best thing I’ve ever done - I agree!
It really is helping me change my approach to life. I now want to keep this a permanent thing aiming to do 5 workouts each week consisting of a mix of strength training and running.
Even during the COVID pandemic, Craig has made it easy and accessible to attend my workouts and keep up with my new, more active lifestyle.
Whilst gyms were closed we enjoyed workouts outdoors during the summer months and in the colder, winter months we've moved our workouts online.
