Post lockdown, I was only really doing cardio (running and cycling) and wasn't progressing in either in terms of speed, endurance or overall fitness.

Confidence to use the gym.
Before I met Craig, I was afraid of the gym and would only really use the cardio equipment I was familiar with.
Craig has given me confidence to use different equipment in a safe and effective manner, and this has allowed me to progress my exercise is a controlled manner, building up to something that is directly impacting my fitness levels.
I have confidence to use the gym and know exactly what I need to do in order to build my strength and fitness in a controlled and safe manner.
Starting to lift weights that I previously thought would be unachievable.
I also know that I am doing it in a way that is giving me the most benefit I can possibly get.
Craig's programme recognises a staggered approach to strength training that allows you to progress over time to achieve your goals.
The 'form' and 'technique' aspects have also been extremely important.
What previously might have been an 'easy' exercise, with Craig's advice on 'form', makes sure I am performing it to get the best possible advantage from that exercise.
I know exactly what I need to do to lose weight - however, I am not sure my goal is the same as when I started.
Toning up - being fit and ensuring I work out more frequently to build my fitness is my goal.
I would highly recommend Craig's programme.
This is not a quick fix, it is a long term commitment and a journey that will give you results.
