Thinking back, what was the problem you needed to solve when you contacted Craig?

My main targets are to lose weight, become healthier and get my nutrition right.

 

What do you feel you’ve achieved during your time working with Craig?

I enjoy working together towards my goals and that my workout has been created so that I exercise my whole body instead of just certain parts.

I’ve lost inches on my waist and legs, reduced my BMI and gained inches on my arms. However, I gained weight through muscle, not fat.

 

 

If you had to pick one thing, what would be your highlight so far? Which thing are you most pleased about?

I need the extra push and advice that Craig is giving me. 

He always backs up his advice with facts and knowledge and I feel we’re working together as a team towards my goals.

 

How has Craig helped you solve your problem? What do you particularly like about his approach and delivery?

We’re working together as a team to set goals in line with my workout.

Craig also advises on nutrition; what to eat and when.
