I wanted to lose weight.
My values have changed. Before, I felt nervous going to the gym but now, I look forward to going and trying different exercises each time.
I’m more focused on becoming healthy and improving my exercise skills instead of being so focused on weight loss.
I’ve lost weight and toned up. My friends compliment me on how well I’m looking.
I also do workouts at home and enjoy creating new circuits for myself.
I’m pleased about my progress and how far I’ve come with lifting heavy weights and managing to do the exercises.
Training has been consistent and it fits in well with my working patterns.
The exercises are fun, and I enjoy doing circuits to finish the workout as they help me think of exercises to do myself at home.
Rather than being so focused on weight loss and being smaller, I’m more focused on being healthy, sticking to a gym routine and keeping fit.
I really enjoy it and I’d recommend it to anyone. Every session is enjoyable.
