'Going to the gym isn't a chore in my eyes anymore’

Thinking back, what was the problem you needed to solve when you contacted Craig?

When I initially started with Craig, I was looking for an extra bit of support and motivation to keep a more active and healthier lifestyle. 


What do you feel you’ve achieved during your time working with Craig?

Craig has kept me motivated at the gym.

He provides me with a variety of different workout options, so I haven't been bored.

If I'm not feeling a certain workout or exercise, he’s always on hand to provide alternatives. 


What’s different in your life today compared to before you started working with Craig?

Going to the gym isn't a chore in my eyes anymore. I live a healthier and more active lifestyle. 


If you had to pick one thing, what would be your highlight so far? Which thing are you most pleased about?

The one thing I have massively improved on is my overall strength. 


How has Craig helped you solve your problem? What do you particularly like about his approach and delivery?

Craig provides a variety of different workouts and also discusses alternative exercises.

This is really helpful when the gym is busy and you’re struggling to do the exercise you wanted.

He's very approachable, which makes it easy to ask questions when needed.

When he sets a new exercise, he will always demonstrate the correct technique and talk you through it, ensuring you feel competent in all exercise sets. 


What are your health and fitness goals from this point onwards? Are they any different to before you started working with Craig?

My health and fitness goals are mainly the same.

I have never really been focused on getting to a certain size or weight, for me, it's more about how I feel.

Craig is always motivating so I'm constantly progressing. It’s surprising how much stronger I am now than when I first started with Craig.

This wasn't an initial goal, but I enjoy lifting weights and they will always be a part of my workouts moving forward!


If someone was to ask you your thoughts about working with Craig, what would you say?

Craig is very knowledgeable, if you have a niggle or problem with anything, he will always provide alternatives.

He explains things well and provides you with a clear understanding.

I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wanted a bit more help to achieve their health and fitness goals!
