I wanted to complete regular workout sessions but with support and guidance in the gym.
Since working with Craig I have become a lot stronger from the regular workouts.
I have also grown in confidence within the gym and feel a lot more comfortable completing workouts both with Craig, and independently.
I now have a regular routine where I am working out twice a week.
The workouts allow me to escape the business of everyday life and focus on myself.
I now see the gym as a place of enjoyment and positivity for my mental and physical health.

I have gone from lifting small weights to weights I never thought I’d be able to lift.

Going forward, I want to continue working on sustaining my regular workouts alongside a busy work-life balance, as well as working on my fitness progression.
