Thinking back, what was the problem you needed to solve when you contacted Craig?

I needed a simple plan that was sustainable, repeatable, and adaptable, both in terms of workouts and nutrition planning.

 

What do you feel you’ve achieved during your time working with Craig?

I feel back in control of my body and have re-established the connection between my actions and the effects they have on me physically.

 

What’s different in your life today compared to before you started working with Craig?

Much of the noise I had created by overcomplicating matters has been removed.

I've been able to see and feel results physically and mentally in a way that feels very sustainable and encouraging for the future.

 

If you had to pick one thing, what would be your highlight so far? Which thing are you most pleased about?

The impact my plan has had on my interest in playing basketball.

I can play harder for longer which means that I enjoy the game far more than when I was having to worry more about managing my exertion than enjoying the game.

 

How has Craig helped you solve your problem? What do you particularly like about his approach and delivery?

Craig stripped out all of the noise you tend to find when trying to follow a plan by yourself.

He made it so that I could 'just turn up' at the start and has inspired and managed my increasing interest in the 'why' whilst steering me away from some of the diversions along the way.



What are your health and fitness goals from this point onwards? Are they any different from before you started working with Craig?

I want to continue towards my current goal weight which will be my lowest weight as an adult whilst continuing to improve my performance in the gym and enjoying the impact these changes have on life outside of the gym.

Although there is a weight component in my goals, I don't feel as fixated only on the number on the scales as I did at the start of the process.

 

If someone was to ask you your thoughts about working with Craig, what would you say?

I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Craig is an approachable, adaptable Personal Trainer who listens to his clients and will work with them to find a plan and approach that works for them, rather than trying to fit them into a 'one size fits all' plan.
