I wanted to lose a couple of kgs and generally tone up. I used to do this by running regularly but, due to an accident a few years ago, I can no longer run.
I was looking for a new way that motivated me to do regular exercise, which also addressed nutrition to keep me fit and healthy sustainably.
I feel toned and fitter and I’m happy with my new regime, which involves exercising 3-4 times per week and eating smaller portions of the right mix at appropriate times.
I don’t get it right all the time, but I’ve lost a kg and it’s work in progress.
Craig’s programme gave me a structure to work on. I like to get dates in my diary for the next month as to when to go to the gym and when to work on any changes to my diet or eating patterns.
When we have sessions to discuss nutrition, Craig works with the ideas I have and suggests a way for me to put these into practice.
Craig is very friendly and makes the time in the gym enjoyable. He builds programmes around exercises I like, and a few I generally try to avoid (!), and introduces new ones to challenge me.
If you have a goal to achieve, Craig’s programme is definitely worth doing. It’s all about finding and embedding new behaviours that work.
This doesn’t happen overnight, so it needs to be enjoyable and achievable, which it is.
