I had recently had a baby and was keen to get back into exercise for several reasons.
The most important part for me, was to exercise with someone who knew about post-natal exercises to ensure I was exercising safely and repairing my body, rather than putting it under more pressure.
I feel much stronger, fitter and better within myself.
Craig has taught me many exercises and variations on these for when I have a bad back and it has allowed me to create time for myself to do something positive.
I can also take my baby with me to the sessions which allows much greater flexibility in the ability to do my workouts.
I feel that my body is repairing and responding well and Craig has gone to great lengths to ensure I understand what each exercise is doing for me and how to substitute each exercise if I have a bad back.
I also feel better mentally as I have been able to get out of the house after lockdown, workout outside in a small group of like minded people and all in the comfort of knowing I am in safe hands.
The ability to be outside with my baby and do something positive about my health.
He really understands his trade! He can explain each exercise and adapt them to whatever you need.
When I first started I obviously had to be careful with my core and he always made sure there was a safe exercise for me to perform that would work towards pre-birth capabilities.
He took the time to understand what I needed / wanted out of our workouts, and went out of his way to deliver this.
He has followed up with regular communication to ensure the plan is working.
On one occasion when my back was too bad to attend a session, he made the extra time to have an online one-to-one session with me to teach me simple exercises to do at home and followed this up with an email showing videos of each exercise to ensure I did them correctly to achieve the maximum impact.
My goal was to become motivated again towards exercise to ensure I would be fit and healthy for my son and he has definitely helped me achieve this.
Moving forward I intend to pay more attention to nutrition!

He genuinely cares about what he is doing and knows his stuff inside out.
One day when we were in the park, there were a group of mums next to us being told to run up and down hills which cannot be good for any pelvic floor so soon after birth!
